You know the things about yourself that don't feel good. We all have them those dark corners, when we make a mistake or mess up a situation feelings of shame, self loathing come up. Why did I do that, should have thought first, how did I end up here and so on. This human path can be painful at times, we don't always get it right or at least it feels like that. Choices for ourselves aren’t always made from pragmatic sensible places and even when they are there are so many other forces influencing our path, many of which we aren’t even aware of.
Our existence within our current physical forms is so much more than the simple day to day lives we are living. The things which effect the choices we make for ourselves and our lives. There is so much more to who we are.
I’m talking now about our energetic blue prints they are built up and created by our ancestry our souls past our experiences our character which have imprinted us within this life. So you see when you f**k up there is so much more to look at than the simple task of blaming yourself. In fact what if the very reason you made that mistake was so that you could have the opportunity to take a look at what it was that pulled you in that direction. So that you could heal that part of yourself let it go and move on. What if the very reason we are all struggling and suffering so much was so that we as humans can have the opportunity to evolve and heal all the hard stuff. Then we all can become lighter freer energetic beings?
In which case the hard things are your gifts and when you really get to know these parts of yourself the tools and the level of knowledge and compassion you know about are priceless. You have your own magic combination of wisdom enabling you for success. I have found and do find so many things hard, I find the constant stream of information pouring into my in box from schools, dates to remember places to be people to see really overwhelming. I’m super dyslexic and probably have some sensory issues as well. I find clutter and some times noise overwhelming it can stop me in my tracks cause me to freeze so I don't know what I'm doing. There are times in my life where I have literally felt disabled by the things I find hard.
y body needs a super clean diet lots of water and exercise. I have to take care to remain in balance. I could easily feel like all these things of mine are a huge burden, however over the years I can see they are my gifts. I’m so lucky I’m forced to take care, I’m so grateful I had chronic fatigue it has been the source of so much wisdom and self connection. The fact I am so sensory aware makes me an amazing stylist and designer. When you work with me, I literally tune in to who you are and images just come to me it’s my gift.
Everything we find hard every relationship, every hurt we feel is an opportunity for us to understand more. When we chose to work like this our whole worlds transform around us. The universe ourselves and our souls are intrinsically linked we are working together at all times. What you believe and feel about yourself is creating your reality, so it’s so important to be aware.
I have just read that scientists are making claims that the universe that we exist in is conscious Gregory Matloff’s a physicist at New York City College of Technology recently published a paper arguing that humans may be like the rest of the universe in substance and in spirit. A “proto-consciousness field” could extend through all of space, he argues. Stars may be thinking entities that deliberately control their paths. Put more bluntly, the entire cosmos may be self-aware. How amazing that discoveries like this are being made. It gives permission to so many more of us to take this path of self discovery, self nurture, self creation as a means to working with our external world to the next level.
So next time it feels hard, maybe don't be so hard on yourself there is so much more to this story. Your life and all that you are experiencing has been given as a gift for you to shine and be happy that is your path, do whatever you can to tap into this. I personally love beauty, clothes and connection with people so thats what I’m working on in my life in a perfectly imperfect way.
